The Missing Ingredient in Most Resumes
Here’s a quality control test for every bullet point on your resume. I’m Jeff Altman, The Big Game Hunter. People hire me for no BS job search coaching and career advice globally because I make the process of finding work and succeeding at it much easier.
What you do is read the bullet point, then ask yourself, “So what? Why should an employer care?”. If you can’t immediately figure that out, if you have no idea why it matters to someone, you’ve got to rewrite it. This is because it’s all about the solutions you provide, not the tasks you performed.
