1. Melt the shampoo bar base using a double boiler (Melting temperature : 75 to 80 degree celsius) 2. Add Fragrance Oil or Essential Oil (Dosage – 0.5% to 1.5%) 3. Add Butters or Light Oils (Dosage – 0.2% to 0.5%) 4. Add Herbs directly to the base. Should not be mixed with glycerin or water. (Dosage – 0.5% to 1%) 5. Mix and pour into small moulds. Let it set. Once set, Shampoo Bar is ready to use.
