Iron ore producer fixes the price of Baila Lump at ₹6,100/tonne and Baila Fines at ₹5,250

State-owned NMDC has increased the prices of iron ore with effect from August 1.
According to an intimation to the bourses, the Hyderabad-based iron ore producer fixed the price of Baila Lump at ₹6,100 per tonne and Baila Fines at ₹5,250 per tonne. The revised prices are exclusive of cess, forest permit fee, transit fee, GST, environmental cess and other taxes.
In July this year, the company slashed iron ore prices by ₹600 a tonne of Baila Lump and by ₹500 for the same quantity of Fines and fixed per tonne price of Baila Lump is at ₹5,700 and that of Baila Fines at ₹4,850.
