New Delhi: Max Healthcare Foundation has announced the launch of the third edition of its Max Medical Scholarship Programme, which provides full financial support to meritorious students from economically weaker sections pursuing medical education.
The programme will fund the education of 100 new students each year who have qualified for the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) and secured admission to MBBS courses in government medical colleges across Delhi, Mumbai, Lucknow, Chandigarh, Nagpur, Dehradun and Bathinda for the academic year 2025–26. In addition to the new intake it is stated that the initiative will continue to support students selected in previous editions, now in their second and third years of medical education.
The selected students will receive comprehensive support for the five-year MBBS programme, including tuition fees, a personal laptop, textbooks, study tools such as a dissection kit and stethoscope, a monthly allowance, and mentorship opportunities.
According to the company, applications will be open from August 30 to September 20, 2025.
The selection process will involve application review, shortlisting, interviews, and document verification, with the final list of 100 scholars determined through a detailed assessment of socio-economic criteria and NEET rank.
