What should I do if the item cannot be turned on for the first time?
The battery is too low, please use the charging stick included in the package to charge the pen. Please attach the charging stick to the middle of the pen to charge.
Why Attract magnetically or Wireless charging do not work?
The magnetic attraction function of this pen only works on the following models：

Does this pencil support iPad 2024?
The writing function of this stylus supports all series of iPad 2024, but due to the change in the magnet layout of the 2024 series iPad, this pen cannot attach to the 2024 series iPad, and wireless charging not available for the 2024 series iPad.
