Aubrey O’Day is reflecting on her past trauma.
The former Danity Kane alum—the band created by Sean “Diddy” Combs—got candid about where her plastic surgery obsession originated in an exclusive sneak peek at the July 30 episode of E!’s makeover series Botched Presents: Plastic Surgery Rewind.

After taking a pause to collect herself, an emotional Aubrey elaborated on how her beginnings in Hollywood on the mid-2000s MTV reality show Making the Band under her former mentor continue to fuel her body images issues.
“This is a hard topic for me,” the 41-year-old continued. “I was the sexy one, and that needed to be who I was at all times.”
And now, she’s second guessing her decision to seek out a more natural look after meeting her Rewind Retreat costars.
“I’ve literally learned about so many amazing procedures that these people have had,” the singer told Terry. “It’s almost talking me into plastic surgery.”
