The store opened its doors at 1:00 PM IST to customers eager to experience Apple’s latest products and services under one roof. Positioned in the cultural hub of Koregaon Park, the store has been designed not just as a retail space but also as a creative and community hub.
Customers can explore Apple’s complete product lineup, including the recently launched iPhone 16, the M4-powered MacBook Air, the new iPad Air with Apple Pencil Pro, and the full range of Apple Watches, AirPods, and accessories. The store also offers Apple Pickup, a dedicated service that allows buyers to order online and collect products in-store at a time convenient for them.
The Pune store is staffed by 68 specialists from 11 states across India, trained to deliver personalized support. Services include device setup, data transfer from Android to iOS, Trade-In options, financing, and tailored business solutions for enterprises.
As part of Apple’s global retail philosophy, Today at Apple sessions will also be hosted in Pune. These free workshops cover topics such as iPhone photography, iPad productivity, Apple Intelligence features, and Mac basics, designed to help customers make the most of their devices.
Sustainability is at the core of the project. Apple Koregaon Park is powered entirely by renewable energy and operates as a carbon-neutral store, aligning with Apple’s 2030 environmental goals.
