I’m Dr. Kishan Detroja (PT), a licensed physiotherapist with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy completed in December 2011. After years of working closely with patients, I realized that quality rehab tools were often hard to find.
That inspired me to create a brand focused on affordable, therapist-approved physiotherapy equipment for daily use. Every product we offer is designed with clinical insight to support safe, effective rehabilitation.

How we get our start?
I started selling on amazon along with my clinical practice as a physiotherapist. soon i realised majority of physiotherapy exercise product developed without understanding of patient’s need and how product’s working mechanism affect rehabilitation outcome. As a physiotherapist due to my years of experience i have first hand understanding of what problems patient feel while doing exercises and how such exercises works . So i did research in market and findout skilled workforce and align them to develop state of the art Quality products.

This pulley is specially engineered with Bearing mechanism for Rhythmic, Occilatory and Smooth Osteokinetic movement at exercising joint
Bearing mechanism resolves the problem of Trapping of Rope between pulley wheel and its cover while exercising. (which is problematic issue in regular non bearing pulley)
Handle of this pulley is made from 4 mm metal rod that can easily take 20-25 kg weight or even more than that.
This pulley is ideal for physiotherapy and rehabilitation need of shoulder and hip joint in many patients such as paralysis , frozen shoulder, post fracture rehabilitation etc
This pulley can also be used for strengthening exercise by hanging weight at one end and use other end as exercise point.
When rehabilitation need is completed this pulley can also be used for fitness purpose for children.

While designing this item we use real bearing for rotation mechanism to minimise grindling noises occur while operating old type metal pulleys as most of target patient is higher age.
