Amazon Pay launches new feature to personalise gift cards: How to use it

Amazon Pay has introduced a new photo personalisation feature for its digital gift cards. Users can now upload their own images or artwork while purchasing gift cards.

The feature is available on Amazon.in and aims to make digital gifting more meaningful for occasions like Raksha Bandhan.

Alongside the new feature, Amazon has launched its Raksha Bandhan Store, which offers products like rakhis, sweets, fashion, electronics, and more. The store includes festive deals and discounts.

Customers can also choose from a variety of gifting options including:

  • Animated e-gift cards for Raksha Bandhan
  • Physical gift cards in premium packaging
  • Seeded paper gift cards that can be planted after use

Amazon Pay gift cards can be used to shop from over 10 crore products on Amazon.in. Additionally, Amazon offers over 300 brand gift cards from companies like Tanishq, BigBasket, Zomato, and MakeMyTrip. These can be redeemed on brand websites or apps.

To purchase or send a personalised gift card:

  • Visit amazon.in/gift-card-store
  • Select a gift card design
  • Upload your image
  • Choose the amount
  • Enter recipient details and schedule delivery

Amazon Pay has recorded 1.34 billion gift card units sold to date, with 18% year-on-year growth. The average gift card value stands at ₹3,500.

For the Raksha Bandhan season, Amazon.in has also highlighted discounts on select products, including:

  • OnePlus 13R smartphone at ₹39,999
  • boAt Rockerz 550 headphones at ₹1,599
  • Bella Vita perfume set at ₹499
  • Forest Essentials gift box at ₹1,125
