Bengaluru: Max Lab, the diagnostic arm of Max Healthcare, has announced its entry into the Bengaluru market through a collaboration with city-based healthcare provider Stepcare. The partnership is intended to enhance access to quality diagnostic services by combining Max Lab’s test portfolio with Stepcare’s laboratory infrastructure.
It is indicated that Max Lab will operate out of Stepcare’s facilities, offering a range of diagnostic services—from routine tests to advanced genomics and oncology diagnostics—supported by quality protocols. The collaboration also aims to integrate diagnostics with primary and specialty clinical care, improving coordination between testing and treatment.
According to the company, the move is part of Max Lab’s broader strategy to expand in metropolitan regions and support clinicians with timely, accurate, and actionable health data.
